Diagram presentation

Layout files and Git merges

Presentation is stored separately in deterministic .bluep-layout files, so model changes and diagram placement merge independently.

Named diagrams

Each scope can have multiple named diagrams. Default remains a non-persisted fallback for legacy area layout.

Display levels

Diagrams can show names, keys, all attributes, types, or definitions.

Notes and anchors

Notes are free positioned or anchored to an object with an offset.

Object and area styles

Area styles provide defaults which object styles may override.

Relationship lines and bends

Lines can be straight or orthogonal. Saved bends make routing repeatable.

Browser editing

The browser writes only the selected layout file.

SVG/PNG/PDF CLI

Use generate diagram with --diagram, --format, and optional PNG --scale.

PNG limits and font coverage

PNG supports scales one and two and uses the embedded ASCII bitmap font.

Legacy Default diagrams

Existing subject-area layout remains the fallback without being rewritten.
